For our recurring maintenance clients, enhancements are scheduled around the natural seasonal rhythm: spring color goes in before Easter, fall color before Thanksgiving, mulch refreshes happen twice a year, and lighting upgrades happen in the cooler months. For new clients, we walk the property, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and prioritize them.

Hardwood, cypress, or pine bark — your choice based on aesthetic, soil pH needs, and longevity. We pull weeds, edge beds, refresh weed barrier, and install at the proper 2–3 inch depth. Twice a year for most properties.

We deliver a written proposal with photos, plant selections, materials, and pricing. You approve in whole or in part. No high-pressure upsells.
We schedule installation around your existing maintenance visits. Most enhancement projects complete in 1–2 days. Ongoing seasonal rotations happen automatically.
